Conference Registration Information
Presenters should have received a registration email with registration details. We include a bit more information here. Registration will be a two step process, completing a Registration Form (click here) and submitting Payment (click here).
Payment Options (See sample image below)
- €40 full-time employed presenters: This fee for full-time professional and faculty members presenting at the conference covers tea & coffee breaks as well as a light lunch on both Friday and Saturday.
- €20 students or contingent faculty: This reduced fee is available for students, part-time, and contingent faculty and covers all of the above.
- €20 per day non-presenters and guests: This fee covers catering. Please enter “guest” in the Reference line on the payment form.
- €32 Closing Reception: Join us Saturday evening for a closing reception at Cavern on Baggot Street! This fee covers a glass of Prosecco, a glass of wine, and hors d’hoeuvres (vegetarian options available). Space is limited to 75.
Keynote Address: Rebecca Traister’s keynote address will be held in the National Library of Ireland in Dublin City Centre Friday 13th October at 6:30pm. This FREE event is a central part of the conference, but requires you to click the attendance box on the registration form. While all presenters are guaranteed a seat, we are collecting attendance information so that we can open the event to the public should we have extra capacity.
Travel and Accommodation: We will be posting more information soon, but for those who would like to get a head start on booking, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Mespil Hotel, in nearby Ballsbridge. For a reduced conference rate, please use the code UCDG121017.
